Crowdfunding

I’ve read a lot of news about how artists can and should try crowdfunding to get the necessary money (unfortunatly this paper thing rules the world) for their next project.

And while the crowdfunding projects that usually make the news are those that went bad or that ended up selling for billions to corporations (*cough* Oculus Rift) , if you check Kickstarter.com you can see there’s a lot of great serious projects getting the necessary monetary help from art patrons from all around the world.

Just take a look at how good the project “Kingdom Come: Deliverance” (videogame) looks for example:

I would like to create a project and tell you about my experience with it. Unfortunatly I can’t. The creation of new projects is limited to artists living in the US, Australia, UK, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Canada, Ireland, Netherlands and New Zealand.

So how can I get funded?

Well the simplest and cheapest way (it’s free) to help is to listen to my songs on Spotify. Everyone has already heard from Taylor Swift that Spotify doesn’t exactly pay much per stream (my average payment is something like $0.0018/stream) but the plataform is great, user friendly and you can help by just playing the songs (requires electricity, a computer and an internet connection).
